Our Pet Policy
Per the lease agreement:
Pets of any kind (animal, insect, bird, reptile, etc.) are not allowed to reside in the Premises, unless written permission is granted by Landlord before they are moved in, which permission may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. If allowed, Tenant will be subject to a non-refundable fee and/or a monthly pet rent for the right to keep approved pet(s) on the premises. Tenant will also be required to execute a Pet Addendum for the approved pet(s), which shall be incorporated into the Lease as a Contract Document.
No pet(s) of the following breed will be kept or allowed on the premises: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Wolf Hybrid.
